The staff showed great dedication and support during our stay.

Our overall experience was greatly marred by constant noise issues. The sound insulation clearly allowed disruptive noises from adjacent rooms, making it difficult to relax. To add to our frustration, we encountered dated plumbing fixtures that impacted our comfort throughout our stay.

I had a delightful experience at Barcelo Tenerife Royal Level! The room was comfortable with a private indoor hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the fresh selection on the buffet. The Royal Level beach and bar area were excellent spots to relax and enjoy some sun.

staying in san miguel de abona was fantastic, but this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the royal level dining was peaceful and the drinks by the pool were spot on, served quickly to my table. evening entertainment was professional and kept us engaged throughout our stay.

The welcoming touch of cava and macarons upon my arrival was such a delightful surprise. Plus, the diverse, themed dining options added a unique twist to each meal that I loved diving into!

The adult-only pool was a real haven, and the spa facilities were top-notch with soothing treatments available. Plus, staff went above and beyond, making it feel special throughout.

I expected more given the extra payment for the Royal Level. the hotel's good amenities and close proximity to local dining options made the stay enjoyable, despite the few bumps along the way.
